Pattranit is a registered architect and Associate at Swan & Maclaren (Thailand), with over 14 years of experience, including a decade based in Singapore before relocating to Thailand. Her portfolio spans mixed-use development, high-rise and low-rise buildings, offices, commercial, hospitality projects, along with select luxury residential work. She played a key design role in Cascade Bangtao Beach – Phuket, a multi-award-winning project recognized at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (2024–2025) for architectural excellence.
