Anis Khaleeda Amir Hamzah (Kada) is a Master of Architecture graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She began her professional career as an Architectural Graduate with Swan & Maclaren’s Johor Bahru office, where she was actively involved in architectural design work.
 
Anis has contributed to a variety of international masterplans and architectural projects, with a strong focus on conceptual and schematic design development. Her key contributions include the design of Senibong Hills and Mestika Hills, where she worked extensively on Modern Tropical and Classical design approaches, covering façade treatments, facility planning, and unit design.
 
Fluent in three languages, Kada works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams, fostering successful collaboration and project delivery through a team-oriented approach.
