Andrew leads the design & build division at SM Studio, overseeing project execution, portfolio management, and strategic growth. With over 30 years of experience in interior design construction and fit-out projects worldwide, he has a deep understanding of contract business, refurbishment, addition & alteration (A&A) works, and large-scale retrofitting projects.

Andrew’s expertise spans multiple disciplines, including program and operational management, business development, and commercial administration. Leveraging his extensive industry experience, he is focused on strengthening SM Studio’s capabilities and driving the division’s growth in the design and build sector.

He is an Asia Pacific Interior Design Accredited Professional (AP-ID-AP) and Singapore Accredited Interior Designer (ID1) from Asia-Pacific Space Designers Association and Singapore Interior Design Accreditation Scheme respectively. He also a Certified Project Manager (CPM) from Society of Project Managers Singapore.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from the University of Southampton, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Interior Design from Staffordshire University. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PRINCE2®, P3O®, and MSP® Registered Practitioner, Andrew brings a structured and methodical approach to project delivery.

Andrew is also a certified Green Mark Professional (GMP) with Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority and a registered Real Estate Consultant with SRI. Beyond his corporate role, he remains active as a consultant and educator in portfolio, program, and project management, contributing to industry best practices and sustainable built environment solutions.
