The Raffles Hospital Extension is conceived as a seamless integration of advanced medical care, sustainable design, and future-ready infrastructure. Anchored in the hospital’s group practice model and commitment to quality care, the extension supports the expanding demand for specialist services, clinical research, and healthcare training.

Inspired by the volumetric form of the original hospital, the design interlocks two L-shaped masses to create a coherent architectural dialogue between old and new. An elevated green space forms a connective gesture, bringing light, landscape, and calm into the heart of the development.

A holistic design approach places sustainability at its core — incorporating Low-E glass to reduce heat gain, green walls and roofs for thermal comfort, natural lighting, and energy-efficient systems throughout. Awarded the Green Mark Platinum certification, the Raffles Hospital Extension stands as a forward-looking medical facility that balances function, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
