Our full architectural scope encompassed the integration of a wide range of functions — including a retail mall, residential tower, office spaces, hotel, warehouse facilities, and mechanical plant areas.

The design balances functional clarity with spatial connectivity, ensuring efficient circulation across zones while maintaining distinct identities for each programme. A unified architectural language ties the development together, with thoughtful transitions between public, private, and service areas. Emphasis was placed on scale, access, and environmental responsiveness, resulting in a dynamic yet efficient complex that supports the needs of its diverse users.
