Holland Piazza reimagines the charm of Holland Village with a contemporary approach to placemaking. Inspired by the district’s eclectic character and urban village vibe, the design creates a dynamic node at the junction — where retail, community, and nature converge.

The architecture reinvents the traditional shophouse typology into a fluid, open retail centre with highly porous edges and elevated terraces that invite movement, interaction, and discovery. A layered mesh of built and green spaces allows light, trees, and people to weave through, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors.

A responsive façade anchors the development, integrating climate-conscious design and visual communication. Together, these elements form a sustainable and engaging destination that enhances the social fabric of Holland Village while echoing its distinct identity.
